Doing workouts wrongly can do more damage than good
This is something I would like to remind every beginner. I have to say it almost every day at my gym. Over the years, I have seen enough how people, out of their over excitement and lack of right understanding of an exercise, end up hurting themselves, doing a workout in the wrong way. This is very common in push-ups, and many people either hurt their back or wrist out of doing it in the wrong way. In some cases, this can cause serious injuries.
